“We had no plans to stage any of our championships at Turnberry and won’t achieve this within the foreseeable future,” R&A Chief Government Martin Slumbers mentioned in an announcement.
“We won’t return till we’re satisfied that the main target shall be on the championship, the gamers and the course itself and we don’t consider that’s achievable within the present circumstances.”
